2023 WKCB "Birth" T-Shirt
All journeys to success and achievement starts by ‘being born’, ‘gaining consciousness’, and… ‘existing’. The design of this washed, oversized T-shirt focuses on the first creation of artificial life - the birth of a baby cyborg. The front of the shirt has a screen-printed baby with circuit chips connecting from its eyes to the heart. Its looming appearance corresponds to its upcoming presence.
The back of the shirt has a rubberized computer RAM extended to a screen-printed motherboard, glowing in cyan - the tranquility before liveliness..
2023 WKCB "Butterfly Effect" T-Shirt
The first concept of AI dates back to 1956. This oversized Polo-T is a tribute to the evolution of AI. The light, blanched almond brown of the overall emits a retro but modern vibe. Polo T-shirts are usually uncomfortable, but for this design, I’ve used a 100% meshed cotton fabric as the base, which is not only extremely breathable and comfortable but also retains the oversized style.
‘The Butterfly Effect’ is screen-printed on the back, showing that our small explorations, driven by curiosity, have started from a small focal point to a global movement.
2023 WKCB "Chip Body" Bomber Jacket
This bomber jacket was designed with the principle of maximum comfort, vivid texture, and strong visual impact in mind. The main body is made from hard denim, while the sleeves are made from soft, synthetic leather to provide comfort for arm movement. My brand’s classic LS monogram is embroidered on the front to enhance ‘visual depth’. The screen-print GPU chip on the back ties back to the theme of ‘The Walking Cyborg’, as if you are the walking cyborg humanity needs.
The faded jet print further enriches the texture, conveying a sense of strength above the rough texture.
2023 WKCB "Cyborg Classic" Shorts
Available in both Cyan and Black, the shorts from ‘The Walking Cyborg’ collection are made from premium elastic cotton that retains the visual texture of high-end streetwear but also embodies the practical functions of a sport shorts: flexible, breathable, and durable. The front of the shorts is minimal, consisting only of the collection’s name, while the back carries the motherboard principal throughout the collection.
